Salary: DOE
Hours: full-time, M-Fri 9-5 pm

Main Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Implement and maintain office systems
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Set up and maintain filing systems
  • Maintain databases
  • Liaison with internal and external contacts
  • Operate office equipment (Fax machine, Printer,)
  • Manage office space
  • Answer telephone, screen, and direct calls
  • Take and relay messages in a timely manner
  • Provide information, answer questions to public and clientele
  • Greet persons entering organization
  • Direct person to correct destination
  • Enter information into systems
  • File paperwork into proper locations(s) daily
  • Prepare letters and Documents
  • Tidy and maintain the reception area daily, including lobby and restrooms

Education and Experience

  • Relevant training or qualification
  • Knowledge of HIPPAA and regulations for patient information
  • Knowledge and experience of relevant software applications- spreadsheets, word processing, and database management
  • Knowledge of administration and clerical procedures
  • Knowledge of business principles
  • Proficient in spelling, punctuation, grammar, and other English languages skills-legible handwriting
  • Proven experience of producing correspondence and documents
  • Proven experience in information and communication management
